• Exclusivity available: For an additional 25% fee, we can guarantee we won't reuse similar concepts for competitors
• Portfolio use: We may showcase work samples (anonymized if needed) in our portfolio unless you request otherwise

We stand behind our work.

• Before concept approval: Full refund if you're unhappy with initial concepts (rare, but happens)
• After concept approval: 50% refund if final video doesn't match approved concept due to our error
• After final delivery: No refunds, but we'll work with you on revisions until you're satisfied
• Our guarantee: If we can't deliver something you're happy with, we won't charge you. Period.

Payment schedule: 50% deposit to start, 50% upon final delivery.
